Bespoke since 1960

Your Style. Your Measure. Your Signature.

Bespoke suits and fine tailoring from our Beirut atelier since 1960 — measured to you, finished by hand, delivered anywhere in the world.

Craftsmanship since 1960

Vintage tailor's atelier with a dress form, draped cloth and an antique sewing machine

The sign has said the same thing since 1960: Makis' Tailor. Behind it, a family atelier in Beirut where three generations have learned the trade at the same cutting table — the same measuring tapes, the same chalk, the same patience. Fashions have come and gone, and Beirut has changed around us; the work has not. Every suit still begins with a conversation and a tape measure, and ends with a garment that could belong to no one else.
