Finished orders are delivered within 1–3 days anywhere in Lebanon. You may instead collect from the atelier at Sect. 07, Str. 02, Bld. 012, Bourj Hammoud, Beirut during opening hours (Mon–Fri 7:30–18:00, Wed until 19:00, Sat 7:30–13:00, Sun closed).
Worldwide.
We ship internationally by tracked courier. Transit times vary by destination; every shipment has door-to-door tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you and shown in your account.
Shipping costs.
Calculated and shown at checkout, in USD, before you pay.
Customs and duties.
For international orders, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Made-to-order garments.
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are cut specifically for you and are not returnable for change of mind. Fit issues are resolved by adjustment or remake: To be confirmed / To be confirmed.
Ready-to-wear.
Returns and exchanges of ready-to-wear items: To be confirmed.
Damaged in transit.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours at info@makistailor.com — we will make it right with the courier.
