What we store.
Your account details (name, email, phone), your measurement profiles (including profiles you create for family members), your saved suit designs, your order and appointment history, and your delivery addresses.
What we never store.
Card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials. Payment happens entirely on Whish Pay's own secure page; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Why we store it.
To make your garments, deliver your orders, honour fit adjustments, remind you of appointments, and make reordering easy. Measurements exist so you never have to be measured twice.
Who we share it with.
Only what is needed, with who needs it: name, phone and address with the courier delivering your order; payment confirmation references with Whish Pay. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Analytics.
We use minimal analytics to understand how the site is used; see the Cookie Notice.
Your rights.
You can view and update your data in your account, and ask us to export or delete it by writing to info@makistailor.com. Deleting your account removes your profiles and saved designs; order records are retained as required for accounting and law.
Security.
Data is stored on our own server with access limited to the people who need it to serve you.
