What we sell.
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments made specifically to your design and measurements, ready-to-wear garments, alterations, embroidery and related services.
Prices and currency.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout, including any shipping cost, is the total you pay.
Payment.
Orders are paid in full, in advance, through Whish Pay. An order enters production only after payment is confirmed. We never see or store your payment credentials.
Made-to-order goods.
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are cut for you alone and cannot be resold. They are therefore not returnable for change of mind. If a garment does not fit or has a defect, our remedy is: To be confirmed.
Fit adjustments.
Adjustments after delivery are covered as follows: To be confirmed.
Refunds.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by: To be confirmed.
Delivery.
Finished orders are delivered within 1–3 days in Lebanon and worldwide by courier; see the Shipping & Returns page.
Your responsibilities.
Measurements and design choices you submit are the basis of your garment; check them before ordering. Saved profiles can be updated at any time before an order is placed.
Coupons.
Coupon codes are issued by the shop, apply as stated at issue, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Disputes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon; the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
